2. Service Description and Shared Account Model

Shared Access Service: GamerOnBudget provides access to gaming accounts that are shared among multiple subscribers. This means:

Multiple users will have access to the same gaming accounts and credentials
You will be sharing game libraries, saves, progress, and account features with other users
Gaming accounts may be accessed by other users during times when you are not using them
Account settings, friend lists, and preferences may be modified by other users
Game progress and achievements may be affected by other users’ gameplay

Time-Sharing Schedule: Access to shared accounts may be provided on a scheduled basis to ensure fair usage among all subscribers. Specific time slots or usage windows may be assigned or rotated among users.

3. User Accounts and Responsibility

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your GamerOnBudget account credentials and for any activities under your account.

Shared Gaming Account Usage: When using shared gaming accounts provided through our Services, you agree to:

Respect other users’ gameplay and progress
Not deliberately delete or corrupt other users’ game saves or progress
Not change account passwords, security settings, or recovery information
Not purchase games, DLC, or in-game items without explicit authorization
Follow any specific usage guidelines provided for each shared account
Log out properly when finished to allow other users access

4. Subscriptions and Payment Terms

Our Services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis depending on your selected plan.

Payment Authorization: By providing payment information, you authorize GamerOnBudget to charge your payment method for all Services you purchase.

No Refunds: All sales are final. Fees paid for the Services are non-refundable due to the immediate nature of shared account access. We do not provide refunds for account suspensions, bans, service interruptions, or dissatisfaction with shared access arrangements.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices at any time with notice on the Site or by email.

5. Prohibited Uses and Platform Risk Acknowledgment

Platform Terms Acknowledgment: You explicitly acknowledge and understand that:

Sharing gaming accounts may violate the Terms of Service of gaming platforms (Steam, Epic Games, PlayStation, Xbox, etc.)
Gaming platforms may suspend, ban, or terminate shared accounts at their discretion
Account sharing is done at your own risk and GamerOnBudget bears no responsibility for platform actions
You use shared accounts knowing that platforms prohibit this practice

Share or resell your access to others

6. Intellectual Property and Platform Compliance

Third-Party Platforms: All gaming accounts, games, and content accessed through our Services belong to their respective platforms and publishers. GamerOnBudget does not own any gaming content, accounts, or intellectual property related to the games accessed.

Platform Risk: You acknowledge that gaming platforms may take action against shared accounts, including but not limited to warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans. Such actions are entirely outside of GamerOnBudget’s control.

7. Service Availability and Limitations

No Guarantees: GamerOnBudget cannot and does not guarantee:

Continuous availability of shared accounts
That shared accounts will not be suspended or banned
Specific games will remain available in shared libraries
That other users will not affect your gaming experience
Account security or data integrity
Compatibility with all gaming platforms or regions

The Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination and Account Actions

We may terminate your access immediately for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to shared accounts will cease immediately.

Platform-Initiated Termination: If gaming platforms ban or suspend shared accounts, your access may be terminated without refund, as this is beyond our control.

9. Comprehensive Limitation of Liability

ABSOLUTE DISCLAIMER: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GAMERONBUDGET DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR:

Any actions taken by gaming platforms against shared accounts
Loss of game progress, saves, achievements, or virtual items
Account suspensions, bans, or terminations by gaming platforms
Actions of other users sharing the same accounts
Service interruptions or account availability issues
Any damages arising from the shared nature of the accounts
Violation of third-party platform Terms of Service
Any legal consequences of account sharing
Data loss, security breaches, or unauthorized access
Changes to game libraries, availability, or features

IN NO EVENT SHALL GAMERONBUDGET BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF CAUSE AND THEORY OF LIABILITY.

10. User Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GamerOnBudget from all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

Your use of shared gaming accounts
Your violation of gaming platform Terms of Service
Your violation of these Terms
Any actions you take using shared accounts
Any legal action by gaming platforms or content owners
Intellectual property infringement claims
Your interactions with other users
Any damages caused to shared accounts or other users

11. Risk Acknowledgment and Assumption

VOLUNTARY ASSUMPTION OF RISK: By using our Services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with shared gaming accounts, including but not limited to:

Account bans or suspensions by gaming platforms
Loss of access to games and progress
Potential violation of platform Terms of Service
Interference from other users
Security risks and data exposure
Legal risks associated with account sharing

You understand these risks and choose to proceed despite them.

12. Fair Usage Policy for Shared Accounts

Since multiple users share the same gaming accounts, this policy ensures everyone gets fair access while maintaining account security and stability. Violation of this policy may result in temporary restrictions or permanent termination of your access without refund.

Device Connection Limits

Monthly Device Limits:

New Device Connections: Maximum 5 new devices can be connected per calendar month
Device Definition: Each unique hardware combination (computer, console, mobile device) counts as one device
Reset Schedule: Device connection allowance resets on the 1st of each month
Previously Connected Devices: Devices used in previous months don’t count toward the monthly limit

No Session Time Limits: Once connected, you can play for as long as you want without time restrictions, but remember to share fairly with other users.

While there are no time limits, we encourage fair sharing practices:

Considerate Usage: Be mindful that others are waiting to play popular games
Account Availability: Don’t remain logged in when not actively playing
Peak Hours: Consider shorter sessions during busy periods (evenings/weekends)
Communication: Some accounts may have user coordination systems for high-demand games

Respectful Shared Usage

When using shared gaming accounts, you must:

Preserve Game Progress: Do not delete or overwrite other users’ save files
Respect Settings: Do not change account settings, graphics preferences, or control configurations
No Unauthorized Purchases: Never buy games, DLC, or in-game items without explicit permission

Story-Based Games:

Use separate save slots when available to avoid spoiling other users’ experiences
Consider playing single-player games during off-peak hours
Do not skip or delete cutscenes or story content for other users

Device Management Guidelines

To ensure optimal device management:

Device Registration: Each new device must be properly registered through our system
Device Tracking: We monitor device connections to prevent abuse and ensure compliance
Multiple Device Prevention: Using automated tools to register multiple virtual devices is prohibited
Device Sharing: Do not share your device registrations with others outside our service

Consequences of Policy Violations

Cooling-off Period: 24-48 hour suspension from all accounts
Permanent Termination: Complete loss of access without refund for serious violations

Account damage caused by user violations may result in additional charges to cover replacement costs.

Platform Risk Management

To minimize risk of platform actions against shared accounts:

Despite these measures, account bans may still occur and are not grounds for refunds.

13. Governing Law and Disputes
