Our Service Model

GamerOnBudget provides access to shared gaming accounts. We do not host, distribute, or provide downloads of copyrighted game files. All games accessed through our service are legitimately purchased and owned accounts.

If you believe that content available through our service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice containing the following information:

  1. Your contact information - Full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work - A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

  3. Identification of the infringing material - A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on our service, with enough detail for us to find it.

  4. Statement of good faith - A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  5. Statement of accuracy - A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

  6. Your signature - A physical or electronic signature.

Submitting a DMCA Notice

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your contact information
  2. Identification of the material that was removed
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
  4. A statement consenting to jurisdiction
  5. Your signature

Response Timeline

We aim to respond to valid DMCA notices within 48-72 hours. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt of your notice
  • Investigate the claim
  • Take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the material
  • Notify the affected user (if applicable)

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy of terminating access for users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Misrepresentation Warning

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.

Third-Party Rights

We respect the intellectual property rights of game publishers, developers, and platform operators. Our service operates within the framework of legitimate account ownership and does not involve the unauthorized distribution of copyrighted software.
